Over a period of my professional development in the UK, Europe and USA, it is apparent that these terms are frequently used without any notion of the internal, spiritual and personal development of a person.
Oxford Dictionary, Definition – Emerging – starting to exist, grow or become known? My question is by who? what? Definition – Development – the steady growth of something so that it becomes more advanced, stronger, etc. My question is how is this measured? what does it equate to? Is growth steady??
