“Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.”
Dalai Lama XIV
Renewing ones self, professionally and personally, takes time to unfold. Living through past moments or memories seems to block creative pathways, opportunities and more importantly spiritual growth.
Trusting oneself is a challenging yet, empowering and a process which through time, space and meditation can begin to flourish.
How does an artist achieve power and Happiness?
I have come to the conclusion it is simply through the following using the mind, action and intention to go through the process.
My stages: Preparation, Order, Patience, Endurance, Trust and Spiritual guidance to face fear and sometimes failure – step by step.

Human Relationships, also mirror the process of achieving strength to achieve sustainability. Being in a relationship/family/love or friendship, when one is not vibrating on the same frequency, or accepting that you are equal with a respect measured through truth and kindness to reach a “The Higher Realm”, will not descend time. It is simply an emotional, physical and mental reaction or action proposed through lack of trust, maturity, insecurity or life/spiritual experience.
The universal/spiritual laws, will not measure our worldly realities – age, fame, instagram views or likes – popularity, background, gender or financial wins and it will not place “me” in a place of higher consciousness. As a creative artist, the nature and life of a creator is to simply go through a process, investigate, research and remain curious about the spiritual world.
Dalai Lama has said “Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can.”
